Free Entry. Everyone Welcome. Before and after our regular jams (put your name in the hat to play) we're delighted to invite John Haycock as our first guest of 2024:

John Haycock is an accomplished kora player having trained with Gambian griot and kora master Jali Nyonkoling Kuyateh for over 10 years. John's musical inquisitiveness has led him to embrace the fusion of elctronic and woodwind elements in his compositions and live performances to create captivating and emotive soundscapes. Influenced by luminaries of ambient music and minimalism as well as the improvisational nature of spiritual jazz, John's compositions evoke contemplative and ethereal atmospheres, featuring dub-inflections that add a hypnotic and meditative quality.
