2. Frakture.org legacy fund
a. The Liverpool UK based organisation launch in November 1997 was wound down on April 1st 2014 just before lunch.
b. Its assets and equipment will be shared through the improvisers network
c. The financial assets have been used to support this site and its development.

3. People: Emma Louis (Blipfonica, Bangor North wales) and Phil Morton (formerly of Frakture.org) have been instrumental in the launch phase, the incubation.

Through the process of sharing, exchange and collaboration, with both neighbours and strangers we hope the project will grow.
