Echo Echo Festival of Dance and Movement returns for a seventh edition from 5th to 16th November with an outstanding programme of national and international performances and classes. Main festival programme takes place in Derry with some special performance events around Northern Ireland.

Founder-members of Juxtavoices the poets Alan Halsey and Geraldine Monk have composed many pieces for its repertoire, some for specific events such as the bicentenary of the Peterloo Massacre or sites such as Sheffield’s Bishops’ House and Manor Lodge.

Liverpool Phil Minton solo voice 09.11.2019

Phil Minton comes from Torquay in the UK. He played trumpet and sang with the Mike Westbrook Band in the early 60s- then in dance and rock bands in Europe for the later part of the decade. He returned to England in 1971, rejoining Westbrook and was involved in many of his projects until the mid 1980′s.
