Introduction
Suggested movement pathways and guided solo and contact explorations will support us to explore lateral and cross lateral movement of our spines, torso & whole body. We'll investigate our later self, the ongoing multidirectionality of the spine and accessing our ancestral fish movement. Exploring how a lateral orientation (& disorientation) and unfolding spiral pathways can support our contact dances.

Free parking is available for patrons of the theatre and NSCD visitors. NSCD is approximately five minutes drive from Leeds City Centre, just beyond the Sheepscar Interchange.
Walking:
The walk from Leeds train station is about 30 minutes
