Preston: Cold Bath Street 11 04 2024

 CBS Improv - A new monthly session at the Ferret where guests improvise with members of the Cold Bath Street band using their GRID system to create some strange, weird and wonderful music.

Contact Improvisation Class  at University Club.
Wednesday 17: Jam - practice session for contact improvisation. Suitable for experienced dancers and beginners.
Wednesday 24: Class - suitable for beginners and those returning to contact improvisation.

Tara Khozein will perform her latest solo work and a directed ensemble of voices.

Introduction

Incredible, rare night of noise wizardry!

Two improvisor composers: Rodrigo Constanzo (UK/Portugal) and Tony Lugo (Balt) both work in extreme textures, using electronics and deep programming chops to coax amazing and out of this world sounds from percussion and objects!

Expect really far out sounds on this one. You will see drums on stage….but you will hear…..(???)
