We're a week away from a fantastic fourth Noise Upstairs Todmorden at Golden Lion. Our guests this month may or may not be involved with The Magic City record, book and vintage clothing shop, and they may or may not know who will be playing or what they will do. Sounds perfect! Our usual jams will happen before and after their performance.

The basic premise is that anyone can turn up and join in by putting their name in the hat. Names are pulled out, ensembles formed, and sounds created.

We'll be gathering at around 7.30pm, and it's all free, albeit with a collection for the guests. Everyone is welcome. Bring instruments, laptops, voices, toys...

Equipment note: Thanks to the generosity of the Lion there will be a full PA, guitar amps and a bass cab available, though feel free to bring your own if you prefer. We'll also have DI boxes for laptops, synths and suchlike. Do get in touch with any questions you might have.

Access note: Please note this event is up stairs, which we understand can be a barrier. If there is any way we can help you jam or just listen with us, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to make the event accessible to you.

As ever on a Tuesday, delicious beverages, Thai food, and a quiz will be on offer downstairs for your delectation.
