Wales Bangor : Finding the Space within: Continuum Movement workshop 11.01.2020

Continuum movement is a somatic inquiry - experiencing how we are in movement.

Using breath and sound vibration to awaken the fluid system of the body, we dive into the space we are beyond our conditioned and habitual selves, deepening into the body with grounded awareness. Continuum movement enhances vitality, resiliency and empowers us to touch into the inherent wisdom of the body.

What happens in Continuum?
In a continuum session, we layer a sequence of breaths and sound vibration into the body. We learn to listen to the movement that emerges, following with curiosity and openness as the body unwinds itself out of patterns of tension and density, moving into its fluid depths which promotes health, relaxation and aliveness.

About me, Lucy Parry: I have been a Continuum Movement student since 2011 and am almost a fully accredited teacher, mentored by Berlin Somatic Academy. I am also a Cranio Sacral therapist and Pilates teacher (mat/ apparatus). I'm a long term student of yoga teacher John Stirk, as well as a somatic meditation practitioner, having studied with Reggie Ray.

Introductory workshop cost: £20 - places limited, booking essential: please contact Lucy Parry 07786 034190
