Chris Cundy's music resides between the margins of experimental and popular music. In Triofolio he joins father and son rhythm section Paul and Saul Scott who's approach pays homage to a classic modern jazz aesthetic. The trio enjoy crossing lines between lyrical jazz instrumentations and a very tactile, open approach to improvisation.

Between them they have collaborated and performed with artists such as The Blind Boys of Alabama, Fatoumata Diawara, Moby, Denys Baptiste, and Robert Mitchell. Individually they have performed to audiences across Europe and North America. Chris Cundy regularly works with Canadian indie-pop band Timber Timbre, and has made guest TV appearances including Later with Jools Holland and Top of the Pops.
