Their influences include Alex Cline, Jon Hassell, Evan Parker and Nils Petter Molvær, among others, and out of these they create a powerful blend of jazz, improv, folk, dub, sound art & electronica.

Freelake- (a solo project of frostlake) playing instrumental experiments in a wide sonic landscape, exploring the possibilities of rhythm electronics and sounds with live instruments and improvisation. A cross-genre journey using Ableton, Korg analogue synthesizers and electro-acoustic instruments eg. bowed bass guitar, Celtic harp and Lute harp. The results are an eclectic mix of transforming atmosphere and melody, taking surprising directions.
