The playlist method: The ensemble plays a sequence of pieces, using system 50:50, that are presented a piece,
example: 5 x 8 minute piece: no talking between the pieces, an audience will be advised and asked not to clap between the sections.
Requirements: the ensemble need to reset the clocks, in the section intervals.

problems & questions
- Do all of the members of the ensemble need to press start at the same time
- If yes how is this conducted
- In the workshop environment the ensemble maybe counted in by one member of the ensemble vocally: it is a verbal cue
- This maybe okay in a workshop. PM thinks it is undesirable in a concert presentation.
- Vocal cue, sounds really naff on a playback audio file.
- Alternatives: suggestions are requested.
