The project framework apps list is a `forum`

It contains topics, that should be empty, tusing the "mcp" option ( you may need permissions to do this ) the list of topics can be: selected > copied > and moved to a new project.

FIRST create a forum in the new host : suggested protocol "[ name of project ] The framework apps & tools list"

The new project now has the topics list : this topic list provided information on the status and access to the online tools and apps that support the project.
